Website Inquiries and Forms
Our website form requests your first name, last name, phone number, email address, business name, and website address. The form also collects your selections for separate non-marketing and marketing text-message consent checkboxes. When you submit the form on efcentral.app, the information you provide is transmitted to and processed through our EF Central platform and HighLevel account. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and manage related communications and customer records. Do not submit passwords, payment card authentication data, or sensitive personal information through general inquiry forms.
3 Business Customer Data
EF Central is primarily a business-to-business service. When a business uses EF Central to manage information about its own customers, leads, or contacts, that business generally determines why and how the information is used. In those situations, the business is generally the controller or business responsible for the relationship with the individual, and Efficient Futures processes the information on the business’s behalf. Requests concerning information held by one of our business customers should generally be directed to that business first. We will assist customers with legitimate privacy requests where appropriate.
4 AI and Automated Services
Information necessary to operate AI and automation features may be processed by technology providers that support those features. Efficient Futures does not use client CRM data to train its own general-purpose AI models. AI systems can produce inaccurate or incomplete results, and businesses using EF Central remain responsible for configuring and supervising automated workflows appropriately.
5 Calls, Recordings, and Transcriptions
EF Central may support call recording, transcription, and AI voice functionality. Whether these features are enabled depends on the business using EF Central. When notice or consent is required by law, the business using the feature is responsible for providing notice or obtaining consent. Recordings and transcripts may be stored and processed as part of the business’s customer record.
6 Text Messaging
The form on efcentral.app provides separate consent choices for non-marketing text messages about EF Central and for marketing or promotional text messages from Efficient Futures, including special offers, discounts, and product updates. These choices concern text messages sent to the phone number you provide. The form states that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, that number may be used to send messages related to the business or service for which you provided consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP where supported and may reply HELP for assistance where supported. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchase unless specifically disclosed otherwise. Mobile information and text-message opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers that support communications and customer service.
7 How We Share Information
We may provide information to service providers that help operate EF Central, including, but not limited to, providers of cloud hosting, software infrastructure, email, telecommunications, SMS, AI, payment processing, analytics, security, customer support, and workflow integrations. Providers may process information as necessary to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law. We may also disclose information when directed by the relevant customer, when necessary for a requested integration, to comply with law, to investigate fraud or security incidents, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale.
We use HighLevel to support the form and customer relationship management functions available through EF Central. Information submitted through the website form, including the contact details and consent selections you provide, is processed through our HighLevel account to support inquiry handling and related communications.
8 Sale and Targeted Advertising
Efficient Futures does not sell personal information, phone numbers, SMS consent records, CRM contacts, customer lists, or communication data. We do not use client CRM data for cross-context behavioral advertising or provide client CRM data to advertising companies for their own marketing purposes. If these practices materially change, this policy will be updated and legally required choices will be provided.
9 Cookies and Analytics
EF Central and its providers may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, session management, preferences, functionality, performance measurement, diagnostics, and analytics. Browser settings may allow you to control some cookies, but disabling them may affect functionality.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used by the website itself or by enabled plugins, embedded content, and connected services. Choices available through a browser may differ from choices provided by an individual service. Blocking cookies may prevent sign-in or other requested functions from working.
10 Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and business records, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, protect against fraud or abuse, and comply with law. Information processed for a customer may be retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backup, security, legal, or account-management purposes. Customers may establish their own lawful retention practices for information within their accounts.
Retention depends on the category of information and the purpose for which it is held. Relevant criteria include whether an inquiry or support matter remains open, whether an account or customer relationship is active, applicable recordkeeping obligations, outstanding disputes, security needs, and backup deletion cycles. Information held for a business customer is also subject to that customer’s instructions and the applicable service agreement.
11 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. We also rely on established technology providers for infrastructure, communications, storage, and related services. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly reporting suspected compromise.
Security Incidents
If we become aware of a confirmed security incident affecting Customer Data for which we have notification obligations, we will take commercially reasonable steps to investigate, limit further unauthorized access when reasonably possible, coordinate with applicable service providers, and provide information reasonably necessary for the affected business customer to satisfy applicable legal obligations. Suspected unauthorized access or privacy concerns may be reported using the contact details in Section 13.
12 Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of certain uses; withdraw consent; or appeal a privacy decision. Because EF Central does not currently sell personal information or use client CRM data for targeted advertising, some opt-out rights may not apply to current practices. We may verify identity before completing a request. When information is controlled by an EF Central business customer, we may direct the request to that customer or assist the customer in responding.
13 Privacy Requests

Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or interaction. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a denied request, you may reply to the decision and state that you wish to appeal.
14 Children
EF Central is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 for their own use of EF Central. If we learn that information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
15 Third-Party Services
Customers may connect EF Central to calendars, email accounts, payment services, websites, social networks, and other applications. Information transferred to a third party at the customer’s direction may also be subject to that provider’s privacy practices. Efficient Futures is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of services a customer chooses to connect.
16 Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as EF Central changes or legal requirements evolve. We will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice when required. Questions may be sent to support@efficientfuturesconsulting.com.
